Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for operating company vehicles).
• Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support linehaul and daily shipping operations.
• Organize warehouse space to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Assist with tracking inventory movement and storage documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding priorities and workflow updates.
• Respond promptly to operational and customer-related requests.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
