Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors transcription files and provider schedules to ensure dictation is received for all visits.
• Answers telephone professionally and routes calls.
• Liaises between transcription and other departments for specific dictation notes.
• Locates voice files and monitors transcription progress in the EPIC system.
• Maintains provider schedules and weekly reports of dictation status.
• Operates transcription equipment and EMR systems with accuracy.
