PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE in Vancouver, WA is seeking a part-time medical transcriptionist to transcribe specialty communications from physicians' dictations and patient charts. Reports to Site Manager; schedule Monday–Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, with hours fluctuating based on doctors' availability and patient schedule.

Ideal candidate has strong general office skills, excellent listening and communication, ability to work independently, and a cooperative

OBJECTIVEWith a positive and cheerful attitude, transcribe specialty communication from all members of the medical staff from recorded dictation and patient charts.REPORTS TOSite ManagerSTATUS3/4 time (30+ hours per week)SCHEDULEMonday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. These are our normal office hours.
