Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® in Anderson, SC seeks guest-obsessed Shift Leaders. We hire people of character who embody our brand and culture, and we celebrate life outside of work with schedules that fit family, friends, school or sports.

Our hours run 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, leaving afternoons and evenings free as part of our Life After 2 approach. This full-time leadership role offers growth, a supportive team atmosphere, and an opportunity to lead by example.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks and local travel.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including email and document handling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures for every order.
• Set an example by complying with all company standards and policies including Code of Conduct, Attendance, Uniform and Appearance.
• Help develop crew members to gain new knowledge, skills and abilities for higher responsibilities.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by engaging in the dining room.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
