Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® in Thomasville, NC is hiring guest-focused Shift Leaders to join our family. We offer a culture of character, accountability, and a history of long-tenured team members.

This role features a schedule that respects family commitments, with restaurant hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving you afternoons and evenings free. As a Shift Leader, you will coach the team, ensure order accuracy, uphold standards, and help develop crew members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for local tasks.
• Ability to use computer systems and create/save documents.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and proper temperatures.
• Model compliance with Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members to gain new knowledge and skills.
• Act as a Biscuitville leader in the community and create a friendly dining room atmosphere.
• Assist in inventory control and cost management.
• Filling in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc).
