Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a customer-focused team member for store-level duties in Kentucky. You will greet customers, handle purchases, assist with merchandising, and keep the store clean and organized while maintaining daily records and safety standards.

The role requires reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. Training will cover PMG policies and cash handling procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards, including cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales floor merchandising and stocking.
• Merchandise cooler areas.
• Vendor check-ins.
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Follow PMG policies on safety and operational excellence.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/interior cleaning.
