Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group in Kentucky is seeking an energetic team member to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our stores. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, handle daily tasks, and support management with safety and merchandising duties.

The role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and stand for shifts. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning
