Qualifications

• Have lived experience in opioid or substance use disorder and currently in recovery.
• Minimum of two years in recovery outside a structured living environment.
• Documentation of treatment completion and mature coping.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have transportation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals seeking treatment and recovery and link to services.
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to develop positive social relationships.
• Assist with recovery plans and goals and help with tasks like transportation, employment, healthcare, childcare, and life skills.
• Facilitate community connections to promote learning social and recreational skills.
• Work independently in community settings with flexible hours.
• Document services in client records and attend weekly staffing and training.
