Job summary

Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under a BCBA and implement ABA programs designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, collect data, and support treatment goals while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have current BACB RBT certification.
• Completion of 40-hour ABA training and competency assessment.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs designed by the BCBA for target behaviors and skill deficits.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior using specified methods.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive change.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress and observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA.
