Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Smithsburg, MD is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members, while maintaining timely session notes and attendance at trainings. A reliable vehicle and flexible schedule support travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective English communication, spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must have a valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and a vehicle for commute.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
