ProgressiveHealth seeks a results-driven Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic and holistic care across Acute Care, Outpatient Orthopedics, and Home Health. The role welcomes experienced PTs and new graduates, with flexible scheduling for 30-35 or 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, instructing patients for continued care post-discharge, and supervising support staff. Benefits include a robust package and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure/certification/registration in good standing or ability to obtain it.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
• Instruct patients and families in exercises after discharge.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab technicians; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
