Job summary

Intigral, Inc. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and develop a manufacturing team in a high-quality glass products operation. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, on-time delivery, and employee development.

The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership through coaching, training, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, while fostering a collaborative environment where employees can succeed and production goals are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles; supervision experience preferred.
• Prefer a two year degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility with team members and involve employees in problem solving.
• Meet and maintain internal and external on time delivery goals.
• Promote safety and ensure a safe work environment and work habits.
• Develop a high-performance work team with engagement and performance.
• Review production schedules and resolve problems.
• Identify process related problems and implement corrective actions.
