Responsibilities

• Stitch together Work Ethic and Guest Relations into one coherent workflow
• Keep a steady hand on Merck accounts when volume spikes
• Map the handoffs between WA teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable WA regulations
• Build the Guest Relations habits a mid-level role can lean on for years
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls
• Support daily operations at our Renton site and keep workflows moving
