You will manage food and beverage preparation to standard recipes, supervise a team, and uphold safety and store policies in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering warmth and connection

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate multiple staff.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed.
