Job summary

Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support the MACC practice under supervising providers. You will help manage patient flow, assist with clinical tasks, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

The role requires CMA certification (AAMA or NHA), completion of an allied health program, BLS, and strong customer service. Flexible 40/32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Assisting (AAMA or NHA) required
• Completion of post-secondary Medical Assisting program
• Proficient with Electronic Medical/Health Records systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Support clinical care under supervising provider
• Manage daily schedule and patient flow
• Greet patients and check identifiers
• Input clinical information into EHR timely
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies
• Administer routine injections under supervision
• Attend meetings and trainings
