Qualifications

• Provide courteous guest service and assist with luggage.
• Explain property amenities and local areas of interest and activities.

Responsibilities

• Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; completes safety training and certifications.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to Hyatt standards; anticipates service needs and assists individuals with disabilities.
• Speaks with others using clear and professional language; prepares and reviews written documents; answers telephones with proper etiquette.
• Develops positive working relationships with others and supports the team to reach common goals.
• Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods; moves, lifts, carries, pushes, and places objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
