Job summary

Baptist Reynold's Hospice House, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Hospice CNA in Collierville, TN. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor patient conditions in the inpatient unit.

Required training hours, current driver's license, and reliable transportation. Preferred CPR, 6+ months home care experience, and flexibility to work independently are noted.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• 75 hours total training with 16 hours clinical training within first three months to provide basic services.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, medication reminders).
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and EVV use.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, respond to client needs.
• Ability to work with diverse clients regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
