Job summary

Tennessee Quality Care Hospice in Camden, TN is seeking a PRN CNA to join our compassionate team. You will provide personal care, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily activities, and report changes to the Case Manager.

Qualifications include state-certified nurse aide, current CPR, a clear state aide registry, being at least 18, and a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle. Shifts are as needed, with weekdays and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including baths, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with dressing, undressing, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and shop for items as needed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the Case Manager.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort and maintain dignity during care.
