Collierville Health and Rehab is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our compassionate team in Collierville, TN. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor well-being, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state CNA certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record resident vital signs and assist with lifting and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and report to nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
