Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation is looking for skilled outpatient Physical Therapists (PT) in the Central Texas area. This role allows for a flexible schedule where clinicians work on their own time delivering therapy in home settings. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment plans, and patient assessment, all while ensuring compliance with medical standards.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and high levels of autonomy. Prior experience in outpatient therapy or home health is preferred.

Qualifications

• High level autonomy required for this role.
• Experience in outpatient and/or home health preferred.
• Ability to interpret medical notes and diagnostic data.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient physical therapy in the home setting.
• Conduct evaluations, treatment, case management, and assessment.
• Document and ensure medical orders are processed accurately.
