Qualifications

• Required to document timely and accurately.
• Need ability to interpret medical notes and surgery reports.
• Experience in outpatient and/or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient physical therapy in home settings.

• Work collaboratively with clinicians on patient care plans.
