Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience in sales, service, or hospitality.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage fleet inventory and schedules.
High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license with clean record.
Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity, especially Excel.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guide them through the rental process at SIXT.
Verify documents, IDs, licenses, and finalize rental agreements with receipts.
Offer add‑ons like prepaid fuel and toll passes and answer questions.
Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; advise on charges.
Maintain fleet availability, coordinate repairs, and assist with scheduling maintenance.
Prepare new vehicles for rental with docs, decals, and inventory entry.
