Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in the Chicago area to be the face of the brand, greeting customers and guiding them through the rental journey. You will ensure every vehicle is ready for the road and maintain a professional front-of-house environment that reflects SIXT's premium standards.

With flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a starting wage of $25.20 per hour, you will contribute to a seamless guest experience and accurate handling of documents, charges, and vehicle

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally with a background in sales, service, or hospitality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a professional, friendly attitude and direct them to stations while maintaining an efficient front-of-house flow reflecting SIXT's premium standards
• Verify customer documents, check licenses, assist in selecting the right vehicle, and handle exchanges to meet business needs
• Offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, address questions, and finalize rental agreements with clear receipts
• Complete return transactions by inspecting vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage, advising on final charges, and directing issues to appropriate channels
• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs, schedule maintenance, and generate purchase orders
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, tagging, enter into inventory, oversee disposal prep, and remove personal belongings from returns
