Job summary

SIXT in Chicago is seeking enthusiastic customer service and sales associates to be the first contact for customers, upsell upgrades and verify rental agreements. You will learn our vehicle fleet and services while delivering friendly service.

Expect an hourly rate of 19.25 USD with uncapped bonuses, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays and hold a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated upselling and closing skills with targets.
• Experience in direct customer contact, retail, service or hospitality.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized and service-oriented.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
