Loverboy is hiring a Full-Time Dishwasher in San Antonio, TX. The role supports the kitchen by cleaning dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring a clean, safe workspace for service.

You will work quickly, uphold company safety policies, and assist prep cooks and bussers as needed, contributing to a smooth, guest-focused operation as the restaurant opens in Pearl on November 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• Physical requirements: ability to stand long, lift up to 50 lbs, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas.
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed.
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them.
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area.
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place.
• Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift.
• Perform any duties specified by the management team.
• Always follow company safety policies and guidelines.
• Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs.
