Job summary

Cortica in Canton, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and small-group sessions under BCBA supervision, implement positive behavior strategies, and document progress in the EMR system.

Join a collaborative team with ongoing training and clear paths for growth toward BCBA roles. A high school diploma or higher is required, and you will be supported to obtain BCAT

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• High School diploma or higher required; degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days, with training provided by Cortica.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site duties within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
