Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially with autism, is desired.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (30–40 minute radius).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to support progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
