Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes 1:1 and group sessions, collaborating with BCBAs, and maintaining detailed session data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40‑minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA support.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
