Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients needing in-home specialty medication administration. Nurses work as independent contractors, choosing visits that fit their schedule and location.

Your role involves delivering one-on-one infusion care at patients' homes, administering IVIG and monoclonal antibodies, starting IVs, monitoring during treatment, and educating patients for safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding.
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Provide patient education and support.
