Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need in‑home specialty medication administration. You will provide a one-on-one infusion experience, selecting visits that fit your location and schedule.

As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to accept visits that work for you, with no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit. Remote care is not required, as visits occur in patients’ homes in your area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Educate patients and provide support.

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one‑on‑one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
