Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. You will choose visits that fit your location and schedule, with no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit.

As a Float Health nurse, you provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, administer IV medications, start and maintain IVs, monitor patients, and offer education and support, all as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding.
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs and monitor patients during treatment.
• Educate patients and provide ongoing support.
• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care.
