Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) or more years of RN Experience.
• Successful Completion of Infusion Test within probationary period with grade of 80% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Communicate pertinent patient information and Plan of Care.
