Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This Independent Contractor role covers Henderson and surrounding areas, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to determine your own patient load.

You’ll be compensated by per-visit rates, with admin support provided, and tools like Cliniconnects to accept patients quickly. Comfort with mobile documentation and maintaining patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• CCC certification from ASHA is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP treatment to patients of all ages in home health settings.
• Document patient progress and adjust plan of care during visits; report changes.
• Experience with electronic medical records and timely documentation during visits.
