Work is performed in patients' homes with supportive technology and a mission to improve lives in the community. We are hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse for part-time service in Madison County.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits in patients' homes with autonomy and clinical decision-making.
• Manage caseload with flexible scheduling for better work-life balance.
• Maintain accurate visit documentation and patient records.
