Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for part-time coverage servicing Madison County. You will provide skilled visits in patients' homes, with flexible scheduling and autonomy in clinical decision-making to support recovery and daily living goals.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, valid driver's license, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required – home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
