Lifespan Therapy in California is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to execute patient care plans in home settings. You will implement plans of care created by a supervising Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility and safe gait training.

Qualifications

• Valid California PTA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance needed.
• TB test within the last year is required.
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable) may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled PTA care and implement the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Perform functional strengthening, gait training, balance work, and fall risk reduction.
• Document patient responses and communicate with the supervising PT for coordination.
• Manage your own schedule and visit cadence according to the plan of care.
