Job summary

Lifespan Therapy is seeking a Home Health PTA to execute care plans for geriatric patients across California. You will implement plans of care, perform gait and balance interventions, and report patient progress while coordinating with a supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Physical and TB tests must be current.
• Professional liability and business license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled PTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction.
• Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses and coordinate with the supervising PT.
• Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
