Lifespan Therapy is seeking a Home Health PTA to execute care plans for geriatric patients across California. You will deliver skilled PTA care under a supervising PT, with a flexible schedule and an app-driven workflow that handles credentials, scheduling, and billing.

Focus areas include functional strengthening, gait and balance training, and safe mobility. The role supports independent practice in a diverse CA territory across South Bay to South Central LA.

Qualifications

• Valid California PTA license.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Physical TB test within the last year.
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled PTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction.
• Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses and coordinate with the supervising PT.
• Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
