Lifespan Therapy seeks a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered home health care across California. You will implement plans of care, perform gait and balance interventions, and document progress under the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Valid California PTA license.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Physical + TB test (within the last year).
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Perform therapeutic interventions focusing on functional strengthening, gait training, balance and fall risk reduction.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with the supervising PT on care planning.
• Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
