Job summary

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Marianna, FL 32446. Earn $45-$50 per visit based on years of experience. Flexible schedule + autonomy. 1:1 patient care in the home.

Coverage Area: Marianna and surrounding areas. Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling. AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR help clinicians see more patients while reducing documentation time.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license is required.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
