Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Coshocton, OH and surrounding areas. You will follow a nurse/therapist-directed plan of care, perform personal care tasks, monitor vitals, and document patient progress.

Requirements include 1+ year of caregiving experience, active CNA or STNA certification, and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or STNA certification with 1+ year paid experience.
• DSP or related certifications and experience are considered a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or obtainable before hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following the plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Take vital signs and monitor client status as instructed.
• Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments as needed.
