Qualifications

• PRN caregivers must be able to travel to clients within a 25–60 minute radius.
• Documentation accuracy and timely completion are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following the plan of care.
• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Perform light household tasks to support client health and comfort.
