Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care across North-Central Ohio. Roles include CNA, STNA, DODD-Certified DSP, HHA, PCA, CHHA and more, with a focus on compassionate, reliable service.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a supportive team. Starting pay varies by credential and experience, with weekly pay and strong opportunities for growth within long-term roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years paid in-home care or caregiving experience.
• STNAs and CNAs highly desired (or HHA/PCA with 2+ years consistent experience).
• Willingness to travel to client homes within North-Central Ohio and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support in the home per established plan of care.
• Measure and record vital signs and other specified metrics.
• Assist with personal care tasks and activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Perform household tasks essential to health care and living at home (meal prep, light housekeeping).
• Assist patients with medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist.
• Identify and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition.
