Job summary

CLINCH RIVER HOME HEALTHCARE, INC. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (1099 Independent Contractor) to provide in-home care.

You will design a schedule that fits both your needs and those of your clients while delivering routine health support with compassion and professionalism. You will follow care plans, assist with personal hygiene and meals, support mobility, and monitor client well‑being, reporting changes to the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic computer and internet‑based charting knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor; safe with client equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report any changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
