Job summary

Clinch River Home Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide as a 1099 Independent Contractor to deliver in-home care. You can set your own hours while providing routine healthcare services in clients' homes, tailoring a work schedule to fit client needs and your availability.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with hygiene and meals, mobility support, and light housekeeping. You will report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic computer and internet charting skills required.
• Criminal background check and good health status required.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
