Job summary

CLINCH RIVER HOME HEALTHCARE, INC. seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide as a 1099 Independent Contractor to provide in-home healthcare. You can set your own schedule, aligning with client needs while delivering routine care.

You will follow care plans, assist with hygiene and meals, aid mobility, and perform light housekeeping; you will report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours is preferred where applicable.
• Basic computer and internet-based charting skills are expected.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide health status evidence.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe, competent in-home care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor changes in clients' conditions and report to the RN Case Manager.
• Communicate with the HHA Coordinator to ensure quality care.
