Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team in Kentucky. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes.

You will follow care plans, assist with hygiene and meals, help with mobility, and perform light housekeeping. You’ll report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health status proof.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Aid mobility and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
