FeldCare Connects seeks a motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Henderson, CA. This Independent Contractor role serves Henderson and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling and strong per-visit compensation.

You will provide one-on-one treatment, document patient progress, and determine the plan of care. A current SLP license (ASHA CCC preferred) and reliable transportation are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board and active/unrestricted; conditional/provisional licenses not accepted.
• ASHA certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• CCC credential is required and current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Henderson and surrounding areas.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment; adjust plan of care as needed.
• Join FeldCare Connects network and manage patient care with one-on-one treatment and streamlined documentation.
