HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide essential support to clients in their homes across Rhode Island. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort, with attention to compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has prior home health experience, CNA certification, and strong communication skills. You will work part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related settings is preferred.
• CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of care plans and medication protocols is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and assist mobility-impaired clients.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and follow care plans.
• Prepare meals meeting dietary needs.
• Light housekeeping for a clean, safe environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Observe changes in client conditions and report to healthcare professionals.
• Support memory care for Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for transfers when necessary.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
