Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license required (RI only).
• CNA license from any state, HHA certification, or caregiver training preferred (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic technology skills for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow each client’s care plan and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition.
• Complete timely documentation and communicate professionally.
